Travel agent didn't know about the basics of planning the trip. Didn't know about the opening times and permission required for visiting specific spot
Confusion about pick up point wasn't resolve...
d untill last moment and it unnecessarily wasted our time and energy .
Driver unnecessarily asked us for extra 2000 rs .
All that we were offered was hotel booking and car services .
The driver didn't know about the local shops ,roads ,etc.
We weren't informed about the syntheri rocks and caves were closed.
And to be honest she didn't have manners how to talk and how to communicate please talk to her senior and you can cancel contract with her as soon as possible.She didn't know what her job was and our experience was horrible
We weren't able to enjoy as much as possible due to wastage of our time in planning our trip ,.which was infact the job of travel agent

I have been to many places but this experience is the worst till now. instead of telling everything in advance that i will be coming with my mum and son so dont want any issues whatever hotel ...
they booked was pathetic. they charged me for 3 star hotel and what they provided was not even 1 star.
Only and only good thing was the driver.. other than that every blood thing arranged by them is horrible.. no coordination.. they were sending me the stay details , contact no etc .. and asking me to give it to driver.. ( mind it for both the stays they did the same thing) so no coordination, very bad hotels they booked.. according to them there is no buffet in breakfast ,, it will be serve in a hot case and a tiffin( that to with a dirty bag) . basic things like fan, water ( u have to take it from can which is kept outside the room near sofa which they were calling reception), toiletries, towel etc.. ( forget about wifi and all) ..
My mother & son both were uncomfortable in that room
I do not recommend to chose Shree Ganpati Travels at all!!!

it is good but when you have any issue with the 3rd party vendor, then it is not possible to change the hotel, like I have issue with the hotel but nothing was done, I explicitly asked to change ...
the hotel in same range but it has not been taken care.

Trip to coorg n mysore was very beautiful it was as per plan and all plan was managed properly.
Only one thing observed is whatever room type is finalized in quote is not given to the customer so...
me different room is assigned. Can we keep track of such things

Hotels are good. TT ensures to paid drivers as he kept complaining about TT. No use of booking AC sedan, as car AC not on even after instruction that spoils major trip.

The resort at coorg was good, the cab driver was good but cab was old cab. The travel agent was very helpful throughout the journey.
